What should you call about?
Silent Observer is interested in crimes that affect the safety and well-being of neighborhoods and communities. Please call with information on the following crimes: arson; drugs; burglary; criminal sexual misconduct; robbery; murder; and weapons.
What about anonymity?
Confidentiality is strictly maintained. Even reward payments are arranged without anyone knowing from Silent Observer or law enforcement agencies knowing your identity. The only way anyone will know about your call is if you tell someone.
What about rewards?
Silent Observer will arrange to pay anonymous cash rewards for information regarding criminal activity at the discretion of the board. Reward amounts are established on a case-by-case basis by the Silent Observer Supervisory Board.
